Carr-Lyons Search & Selection was established in 1994 after identifying a gap in the market for a specialist recruitment firm to provide both Search and Selection services to Financial Institutions in the City.

The 'Banking' team was created to provide expert recruitment knowledge to the Credit and Risk markets. The success of this team led to expansion into areas such as Leveraged & Structured Finance, Project Finance and Corporate Banking. As part of our ongoing growth programme, we expanded our concept of specialist Search and Selection services to the HR and Corporate Finance markets.

Carr Lyons Search & Selection is an owner-managed business with the Directors and Consultants involved in every aspect of the business. Our approach is flexible and responsive to each client's individual needs and as a result we are still working with many of the same clients today as 14 years ago. We pride ourselves on offering a discreet and professional recruitment service, specialising in the Search and Selection of candidates at all levels from Analyst to MD with many leading Financial Institutions and Corporates.
