Executive Search

In the current highly competitive market in which we operate, Executive Search can be the most effective and thorough form of recruitment.  We will, in cooperation with the client, agree upon the job specifications, produce a detailed search proposal for your approval and agree a suitable search timetable. The Executive Search enables us to target a limited but identifiable pool of potential candidates with the specialist knowledge that you require. These candidates will often not be actively looking in the market and require a more proactive search and selection process.

Advertised Search

Placing an advertisement in a relevant publication is a highly effective means of identifying candidates, particularly where there is a potentially large pool of appropriately experienced applicants. Advertised Search has the advantage of widespread coverage and of rapid response.

Database Search

We maintain and develop an extensive database of banking and HR professionals who are actively seeking new positions. New candidates are regularly added to the database as the result of advertising, direct approaches and personal recommendations.  Developed and refined over 14 years and continually updated, our database can provide one of the largest selection of Banking and HR candidates in the City.
