The Headcount and Compensation officer works closely with both Finance and HR and is responsible for the following:
- Completion of monthly, budget and ad hoc group headcount and employment cost reporting
- Maintenance and development of group headcount and employment cost reporting systems
- Production of MIS for the annual Compensation process
This role offers considerable scope for development and the successful candidate has the scope to bring fresh ideas to Group Headcount reporting and employment costings and to develop the efficiency and robustness of the systems.
