Sean is a founding Director of Carr-Lyons Search & Selection. After serving as a Royal Air Force Officer, Sean joined the management team of a small family-run consumer products firm. He subsequently moved into recruitment in the late 1980s and since then has recruited in the fields of Credit, Corporate/Relationship Banking, Structured and Project Finance for leading financial institutions based in the City. In addition to overseeing the running of the business, Sean continues to recruit within his areas of expertise for a small portfolio of clients. |
